Disputes/Questions about credit report

Do you have questions about an item on your credit report?

You may send Southern a dispute letter identifying yourself, the account(s) you are disputing, the credit bureau the account is reported to, the reason for the dispute, and all documentation necessary to support your claim.

In order to process your dispute quickly and accurately, you may also want to dispute your account directly with the credit bureau you believe has reported the item in error.

We cannot assist with information reported in the Public Records sections of your credit report. You must deal directly with the credit bureaus on those matters. If this office has been contacted by a credit bureau regarding a dispute, we update those records on a daily basis via the Internet with Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian.
